1. MOTHERS are the ocean of  PEACE They absorb our sorrows and pass the bliss to us . 2.Library is for the public. Mine is soulful library to be indulged  by mind with vast number of books. 3. A dog will  recognise his master in whatever way he dresses The master maybe dress in robes, suit n tie , or stand naked, But the dog will always recognise his masters. If we cannot recognise God, our beloved master when he come in different dress from another religion, Then we are less than that dog. 4. There is always the real and the counterfeit.Hypocrisy in religion has crippled peoples faith throughout history. A holy person cannot always be recognised by external appearances . 5.It is only when one has no desire for adoration   That one is truly qualified to receive  it . 6.One must be realistic to protect oneself , but too much fear could either stifle one’s progress or consume one’s mind with anxiety.

I had recently seen a perfectly young gentleman with good job and secured future for him. He had just an appendicitis symptoms which my junior doctors during further assessment felt a mass at right lower abdomen.   They thought it is a benign mass and can be treated  conservatively.So they planned to discharge the patient with appointment to follow up at the clinic on later date. When I reviewed him in the ward. I requested him to get operated, in view of the mass and the pain which troubling the patient. It turned out to be an extensive malignancy of the abdomen and primary origin from which organ is not known intraoperatively and histological too. I was shocked and felt pity for the patient. When  I told him about the findings and outcome at my follow up in the clinic.He was crying inconsolably. To further add salt to the wound, it turned out  to be an advance cancer of the abdomen. No treatment are available basically.He may succumb to the malignancy in matte...

 I think we must firstly look at our training for the junior surgeons. Most don't get opportunities to do true 'general' surgery anymore.  They are not proficient in craniotomies, tenckhoff catheter insertion, avf creation etc anymore due to limited of exposures during rotation in the master’s programme.  Beside that subspecialties in major hospitals further curtails their training and abilities.By time they become proficient, off they go to join a certain subspecialty and when they complete their training the usually keep to their niche fields.Gone are the days when we used to do everything as a general surgeons.  Each hospital is different and have varied  needs based on the services provided.I opine we have to provide facilitate the training based on the needs of each of our hospitals.  The fast turnover or movement of specialists also further complicates the  matter, as a trained person moves away, joins private or retires the skill is lost.  ...

 I took class for  the final year students in clinical case presentations.I was a bit taken back at their grasp of history taking and examination. As they are not sure what history to take and what they shouldn’t and very jumble up in presenting the clinical examination of general and systemic examination. As previous 4th year students prior pandemic they had many doubts and yet to hone the skill of clinical examination as their exams are round the corner since their final year students. Perhaps it maybe due to less exposure to physical patients to examine and master their skill.I assume it might be worldwide problem due to Covid Pandemic. But clinical practice in future by this doctors will impinge the work and slow progress of their learning curve as a practicing doctors. Worrying  to see the  virtual doctors. My personal opinion by taking class for the final year students though there are few acceptable ones .

The vaccine whether efficacious or not. It is difficult to know, as the vaccination started a month ago worldwide. The essence is to get a vaccine and hope it develops immunity in everyone. Though most of us may have developed immunity to the virus with slow constant exposure to the virus for the past year. But the community and socioeconomic condition won’t let one in peace if not vaccinated. Like GOD! If u don’t believe in GOD- You are not one of us. If u believe in GOD. Then which GOD, you believe in? Then start fighting - My GOD is better than your GOD😅 So just get it in the hope of developing herd immunity to all of us. It doesn’t matter what type of vaccine, for instance like what type of car will take one to destiny. As far as that vaccine induces immunity. We are safe and have peace of mind to continue the journey of life. I meant it doesn’t matter which vaccine u get. As far as u get a vaccine to increase the herd immunity in us.
