Friendship

Contract Doctors Dilemma

Passion and patience is an important qualities for postgraduate training.   At current times most of them are contract doctors..  If  the government doesn’t do something by next year 2022. The  future doctors will be all in contract service. As such very few can take up specialisation in Malaysia since to apply for postgraduate training. A doctor should be confirmed in service with health ministry to apply for postgraduate programs. BON VOYAGE

Hi Eli, A very good morning to u. Time have come to say Goodbye to u. Time flies, I didn’t expect it will fly so fast, that I meet u at the last day of your work.  I still vividly remember we working as young doctors at Pggh and various other hospitals in the state of Penang. With time we grew to what we are today.  Me a clinician and you are an administrator in the MOH. We had our difference but we always work towards the commonality for the betterment of patients, medical personnels and the policies of ministry. As the bus of WORK JOURNEY which we travel have come to your station which you need to alight.I got few more stations before I alight. It was a wonderful experience working with you. I wish you all the best for your post retirement plan and a good rest after a tireless three decades of service to MOH. As I unable to wish you in person due to this pandemic.  I sent you this written and video to THANK YOU from my bottom of my heart for the mesmerising work e...

Turbulence Pandemic Times

The fact is that this pandemic has brought terrible catastrophe right across the world with countless deaths and human suffering. Most people I know have had some close friends or family member being affected, my own dad being one of them. Barring a few countries like New Zealand and Australia most of the healthcare systems have been brought to sharp focus with its respective deficiencies, not to mention some poor decisions by various countries, be it political as or otherwise. It is also to be noted that very few countries could cope with this level of demand, regardless of their wealth or medical facilities! There is no moral superiority to be gained by pitting one country against another. We are all in this together and let us all hope that by God’s grace we escape this pandemic with as little casualties as possible. Well  written answer to many who are struggling with this pandemic in our own ways. We don’t want to change into a sporting activities to say who does bette...
