SO WHAT

My personal nurse was taking my blood pressure one morning at my house recently.

At that time I answered a work call that came in.

My personal nurse ....... who is my wife๐Ÿคฃ

Was shocked to see my shooting BP during that stressful conversation.

ContestChair, fellow toastmasters, and my dear guests.

Just a Blood Pressure, u might think.....What a fuss about it.

Yes, l learned that day,.... never take things seriously.

Bcos the moment u take things seriously.

Our body responds by disrupting its Milieu intรฉrieur which is the bodily fluids regarded as an internal environment in which the cells of the body are nourished and maintained in a state of equilibrium which can lead to adverse consequences in us.

I always have a normal BP. However, due to my stressful tรชte-ร -tรชte, my BP shot sky-high.

However after ten minutes of rest and calming down the blood pressure reading was perfectly normal, which brought a big and happy smile from my loving and concerned wife.

So I learned from that day never to take things seriously.

HOW DID I DO IT?

By Simply adopting SO WHAT policy in my life.

So What" is the first track on the 1959 album KIND OF BLUE by American trumpeter MILES DAVIS has been regarded by many critics as the greatest jazz record, Davis's masterpiece, and one of the best albums of all time.

After that...

If a mobile phone rings nonworking hours.

I don’t answer.

Why?

The ringing will stop๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

and whoever called to discuss, would have solved it anyway.

U might ask: What if not solved?

My answer to that is SO WHAT๐Ÿ˜…

If I being reprimanded for no fault of mine!

U might ask: I Should stand for my right.

To Me: It doesn’t matter๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

Why?

SO WHAT๐Ÿ˜…

Not worth losing the health for mere winning an argument.

Finally, if I fumble in my speech today๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…

U may ask: How I am going to face it?

My answer: SO WHAT๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…

As 90% of the people are glossophobia.

I can stand at the podium and give this speech that itself the greatest achievement.

Craig Valentine, 1999 World Champion Of Public speaking, beautifully said,

“I don’t give speeches to get awarded or rewarded; I am there to create an experience for my audience.”

Aren’t we have many a time comprised our health in the pursue of blind ambition.

We need a balance between health and wealth.

If this balance is challenged.

My advice to u all:

Take the policy of mine SO WHAT and be happy
