Embarking On Surgical Operation

Always have  a plan,  what is the probable diagnosis prior to venture into operation.

Have an idea of anticipated operation based on the probable diagnosis.

If both clique well; it goes as planned.

If it doesn’t , think the best operation based on the intraoperative  findings.

That is the best way to prepare  prior to any  operation.

I want to ask you few questions... 1)  How you stayed back at MOH till retirement without considering private practice? Answer: If u love ur handwork and complete free from work when you are on vacation.At the sametime don't like to move around in the disguise of promotion n also not bothered of promotion. Beside most importantly considering government service as charity to community and training younger doctors to reach their dreams.
