Leader or Boss

 As HOD , I always opine it is a tough seat to sit on. 

Bcos I have to do my clinical work which I am passionate about.

At the same time do the administration which brings best benefit to my working colleagues and to the establishment.

Beside I let my team to move along with me and not behind me.

If any credit to work , I pass to my team rather than taking it myself.

However if any mistake of work, I take the responsibility for the mistake rather than my team.

Different working environments gives one a better exposure.

Most importantly let  u decide what type of leader u want to be in future.

In life everyday is a learning experience.

From the good colleagues, u learn what good to do.

From the bad colleagues, u learn what not to do.

Finally you plan the course of life journey the way you want it to be.
