Training Academic Children

 Hi Guys and girls in the group.

Those who are in 3rd year masters, do u all have done complete lap cholecystectomy with assistance/supervision by ur seniors?🧐

That is one of the requirements right 🧐

I let a masters student attach with us for 6/12 to do that n also other bowel surgeries like Anterior Resection n Lap PGU.

By the way she already done lap cholecystectomy by herself under strict supervision.

How about at ur centre 🧐

I understand it is really  texting for the master surgeons who teaching, but that is the way in my opinion have to come down to the ground and teach.

By doing that I hope my own academic children who are always dear to my heart will be taught by others of the skills.

However the bypass academic children, who haven’t experience the love and care of academic dad.

I encompass them as my child and teach them.

As I believe by teaching others , somewhere my own academic children will be blessed with similar care n teaching.🙏🏼🌹🙇🏽

    A right attitude in imparting the skill to younger doctors and they should take a cue from you Naga to help others and the community .

      Mr Naga. You are well experienced and thru out the years with gained experience you have taught many ...I know and I am living proof of that. We only hope that the new gen can actually learn well from us and hence impart the skills to the next.

I want to ask you few questions- MOH or Private

I want to ask you few questions... 1)  How you stayed back at MOH till retirement without considering private practice? Answer: If u love ur handwork and complete free from work when you are on vacation.At the sametime don't like to move around in the disguise of promotion n also not bothered of promotion. Beside most importantly considering government service as charity to community and training younger doctors to reach their dreams.
