Dilemma Of Transferring Doctors
It boils down to honesty and integrity. You don't see that much now in our people unlike those era. As Director of hospitals, Deputy Director Of State or that matter Director Of State. People dealing with assets will be tempted to deranged a minute degree off tangent of the straight path, to become untrustworthy and then getting deeply involved in those corruption and dishonesty that we see happening on frequent basis.
The rotation basis is one of the way to break the phenomenon of such activities becoming rampant.
I used to think this thing does not happens in the health industry. How I was proven wrong. It happens in all units and departments if we're not careful. It is individual characteristics that determined how a team will achieve its goal and at the same time reduce if not eliminate the corruption occurring in our establishment
As to retain doctors itself is tough, if they being put on frequent transfer system in medical practice.It is not good since rapport creation which is important good medium in healing the patients.
Thus specialists should be stationed in a place for longer time.Those medical personnels must be accountable and honest.At the same time a good check system must be in place.
These two basic requirements, the politicians have given a damn and abused it in every way possible.This have spiral down to government servant of the day.The impact in medical fraternity is less but may get worst if not kept in check.
