There are two kind of smiles

One from the heart and another from the mouth.

The one from the heart will show the whole face radiates with an aura of good hormones with twinkle in the eyes.

The other only present at the mouth.At current times can’t be seen.

The smile from the heart will be contiguous due to  good feeling hormones.

In return the joy of smile will spread to others around us.

I want to ask you few questions- MOH or Private

I want to ask you few questions... 1)  How you stayed back at MOH till retirement without considering private practice? Answer: If u love ur handwork and complete free from work when you are on vacation.At the sametime don't like to move around in the disguise of promotion n also not bothered of promotion. Beside most importantly considering government service as charity to community and training younger doctors to reach their dreams.
