Mr lazim a 81 year old man was born here in mainland penang with 3 other siblings. He being the third child. He has one other sibling remaining whom he still keeps in contact. He has been living in penang for his whole life.  He met his wife at the age of 17 via an arranged marriage by his parents and has been happily married ever since and blessed with 3 daughters who are all living in KL.  Eldest daughter age 60 (hse wife)  Second daughter age 56 (pensioner previously worked as a clerk in a gov office)  Youngest daughter a housewife All his children are married and he is bless with more than 20 grandchildren.  I am actually preparing slowly to step down from everything related with work - as I am planning  not to go anywhere near medical practice which I have done   for more than 30 over years ,when I retire in 2 years time, even including teaching. As I believe when divide age cycle by every 10years  After my retirement I may have active life that is at age 60 to 70 years( 10 years )if Almighty bless me with time. As such I want to do what I long to do rather than the routine. Bcos next phase of age 70 to 80 (10 years) will be non active life where we need someone to accompany us. It is an exam to assess the ability of the students whether have achieved enough knowledge and skills to pass the 1st year to proceed to next 3 years of studies and training. At the end of 4th year , the candidate need to pass the exit examination to be a surgeon . Students are given 4 attempts to sit for the exam.If they fail all four attempts, they have no chance to become a surgeon. As per the understanding they are given HLP (scholarship or paid leave) which covers till 4 attempts , after that no more of HLP, thus they can’t attempt anymore. It is a pity after undergoing a gruelling training and academic teaching for past four years.This individual need to quit surgical pursuant because limited to 4  attempts as HLP doesn’t cover the candidate anymore. Hence a suggestion and a point to ponder by the exam senate and senior colleagues to consider on providing more than 4 attempts though HLP doesn’t cover.
