It gives me a chance to interact with my junior staffs.At the same time gives me a chance to share my thoughts on the patients and the work flow.  Specialists handling patient there is flaws at times. As too many specialists n rounds done at different time n days.  At times  no ownership of the patients unless they operate.So the new admission where decision made later, have difficulty to have a specialists responsible.  Secondly new specialists  experience are very variable and their option  of surgical management  may not be the best for certain patients. As such during my consultant rounds.I have a healthy discussions.Also give my input on the patient which may  help to compensate the lack of experience of young surgeons.The end outcome there is a win win situation to the patients and the young surgeons .

Spirituality is not seeking God for blessing benefits,   lt is being connected with God and living for Him. 2.  See n get mesmerised by     non physical within u    rather than the physical outside u. 3.You can’t correct your past.    You can learn from your  past,    To not do the same mistake in future. 4.Money and education got no connection  One can be rich but not educated.   One can be very educated but still poor.  The important for human existence is CONTENTMENT. 5.   Get rid of attachments ,  be content for simply being  and happiness shall be yours without fail. 6.   Never trust humans in the garb of religious clothes. As many use religion to kill spirituality and humanity. Always seek yourself by the guidance of the inner instinct of Infinite which you believe in . 7.   Caring and compassion if you boomerang.     It will go one circle.     ...

 Happy birthday to u. A year added to ur age. U r growing with wisdom with added year. As it give experience and perseverance. Now u have a family of urs, For u to lead to the direction u want. Have fun and joy of the lesson learned along. May my Lord Jesus guide and bless u on this birthday with all ur dreams fulfilled .

 Age is a number, true. But ageing cause degenerative changes in the body,  that no one can deny it. It is the ability of aged  to cope with it, which matters.  Many can’t, if they don’t have good spiritual or positive mind to guide them .

 The rich suffer because of their richness. The poor suffer because of their poverty. People without a family suffer because they have no family. People with a family suffer because of their family. People who pursue worldly pleasures suffer because of their worldly pleasures. People who abstain from worldly pleasures suffer because of abstention. Some suffering are more than the others. Nonetheless we all have to suffer one way or the other .

 A very good morning to you. Thanks for the call and chat. Now, after discussing with you. I realised  why he didn’t come to me for help in this  matter or problem from the beginning till now. It is because I assume that I told him to report at university and work there.If any problem working in university to come back to me ;when I handover the letter signed by me n the director then. However he didn’t report there or comeback to me when he had a glitch at university. So he just sat and prepared for the exams. He didn’t have any proof to show me that he was working there. Whenever I kept telling him that if he worked  at university then why they taking action? As I work by TRUST with my staffs; if they break it.They know I don’t like it and they too don’t like to break the trust I have in them. So he tried to solve it himself with the problem which he got caught in. I feel sorry for the mess he is now. If one had done wrong, that one need to face the consequence .🙇...
