Why The Night Rounds By Consultant

It gives me a chance to interact with my junior staffs.At the same time gives me a chance to share my thoughts on the patients and the work flow.

 Specialists handling patient there is flaws at times. As too many specialists n rounds done at different time n days.

 At times  no ownership of the patients unless they operate.So the new admission where decision made later, have difficulty to have a specialists responsible. 

Secondly new specialists  experience are very variable and their option  of surgical management  may not be the best for certain patients.

As such during my consultant rounds.I have a healthy discussions.Also give my input on the patient which may  help to compensate the lack of experience of young surgeons.The end outcome there is a win win situation to the patients and the young surgeons.

    Interdependent practice is good to all of us Naga, in all walks of life and more so in our field of Medicine . Ego E should go off from mind and then world will be different.

I want to ask you few questions- MOH or Private

I want to ask you few questions... 1)  How you stayed back at MOH till retirement without considering private practice? Answer: If u love ur handwork and complete free from work when you are on vacation.At the sametime don't like to move around in the disguise of promotion n also not bothered of promotion. Beside most importantly considering government service as charity to community and training younger doctors to reach their dreams.
