A Discourse with Specialists On Leadership Qualities

I completely understand the msg and we have to go down to the ground to find the issues at hand and repair them if possible.. with the thought of giving the best options across to our dear patients.

At the end the patients should benefit from the good leadership we have at the helm…there’s no much benefit if the leadership is good only at the top level but it doesn’t translate to good outcomes for the patients.

That’s my 2 cents opinion.

My Reply :-

Sorry to say ur 2 cents opinion is a bit entangled and confused with leadership n patient care.

Leadership is a function to handle the team to give maximum output by every individual in the team, and the credit goes to the team n not to the leader

Patient care is the responsibility and commitment of every doctor to do the best care within their conscience with knowledge n skilled gained by the healer.

I am not like all the bosses u worked in the MOH so far.

I am a leader n trying to stay n focus to be a leader n never a BOSS.

A BOSS takes the credit and blames the team if things go wrong.

A leader passes the credit to the team and takes the blame if things go wrong.

Because what we thought was right by many is actually wrong.

A wrong repeated n made right in our system n materialistic World which is blindly after success n praise.

Sincerity is the way of life.

To think how to be sincere is the way of man.He who is sincere is one who hits upon what is right without effort and apprehends without thinking.

He is naturally  and easily in harmony with the Way.Such a man is sage.He who tries to be sincere is one who chooses the good and holds on to it.
