How To Handle Private Hospital To Government Facilities

  1. Hi boss... I wanna ask you.... As kkm doctor.... Do we have the right to reject the transfer of patient from private centre? Reply: U can't outright reject a private referral bcos of the life of patients matter. Of course u can give excuse no bed in ward, most importantly no ICU bed (usually if patient ventilated need to liase with anaes) or current times refer to subspecialty as we are not good at handling complicated subspecialise cases. 2.Recently... I have a case transfer from kpj.. post Apr complicated with perforated viscus.... But financial issue... So ask to transfer governement hospital... Patient quite bad sepsis require bipap ventilation..... My anasth team blame me for accept the case.... Boss... Any regulation for kkm surgeon to deal with private cases?
