How Does One Attain The State Of Silent Mind? 🙏

 The most powerful prayer, one well-nigh omnipotent, and the worthiest work of all is the outcome of a quiet mind. The quieter it is the more powerful, the worthier, the deeper, and more perfect the prayer is. To the quiet mind all things are possible.

U need to work on it my friend! 

Gautama took around 6 yrs to master it

Bhodhidarma took around 9yrs

Jesus took around 10 over yrs

Muslim Prophet  took around 10 to 15 yrs.

Just to quote few.

U need to meditate whichever u r are comfortable with.

There are around 125 ways to meditate.

Take one of it and work on it with discipline, hard work,persistent n perseverance.

Ideally u need a guru for it( most gurus are cheaters).Unless u r lucky to get a living good one.

N work on experiential spirituality to reach the Energy by the meditation.

For me, I have nonliving Guru guiding me from a childhood.

The fundamental and intellectual spiritualism, I gained with many years of  reading and seeking.

Recently, I got into Experiential spiritualism by guidance of my Guru to learn from Vipasanna.

Though I was working on it myself earlier by meditation to reach the Energy, I couldn't get it right.

But after joining Vipasanna- I got the technique of meditation, which I am comfortable to learn the Experiential Spiritualism.

But trust me, still I am working on it.I only achieved a minute drop in the ocean in this expect of practice.

I have to work on it in my life time to tame my mind and void it.

So that Truth can occupy it.

Will I be able to do it  in this life ,I don't know, but I am in working on it within my abilities — "The foundation of any spirituality journey or retreat is self-discipline and commitment. "🙇‍♂️

THE ROOT OF SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

A human being is like a tree whose root is commitment, you should rigorously tend to this root 

A failed commitment is like  rotted root,unable to produce any grace or fruit.

Though the branches and leaves of the date palm are green,if it's root is corrupted, It's greeniness won't save it.

However, if it has no green leaves,but the root is healthy,it will grow hundreds of leaves.

Don't let a person knowledge deceive you,and notice if they committed  for knowledge is like the shell and commitment the kernel.

Humans have "Essence of Divinity"  in them. 

But, Essence of Divinity is not the same as "Powers of Divinity"  😂

A drop of sea-water has the Essence of the Sea but not the Power of the Sea to cause drowning or floating.

I want to ask you few questions- MOH or Private

I want to ask you few questions... 1)  How you stayed back at MOH till retirement without considering private practice? Answer: If u love ur handwork and complete free from work when you are on vacation.At the sametime don't like to move around in the disguise of promotion n also not bothered of promotion. Beside most importantly considering government service as charity to community and training younger doctors to reach their dreams.
