Seniors Are Retiring,No One To Replace.
My sincere opinion everyone is dispensable.
As there are many younger ones who can do the job well, waiting eargerly.
Who are next in line to show the abilities, only if the seniors move out!
Beside the seniors should have trained number of juniors to replacement them before their retirements.
As such time for senior to go ,they should go graceful with the satisfaction. I have done what I suppose to do to the best of my abilities within the time frame given to them and believeing the rest of the future work; I have good younger ones to take over the task and accomplish better than them.
The senior must remember all this position is temporary and there is no ownership attached to it.Given the time and space the younger ones They will do well.
The seniors should move on to do what they miss to do in life, while working throughout their life for the society and earning a living for themselves along the way.
As such time to move on rather than expecting a mercy or vacuum or reward for the contribution to the society.
In stead should be contented that the society and the juniors assisted them to get a good earnings and a position to serve societyto their best.

Discussion:
This requires maturity and selflessness.
I realized that in today world, outdoing one another seems to be the focus. This means competition! With this kind mentality, some will not even handover the best for the future.
This is what I see. My humble opinion. ππ½
Response:
Human nature is controlled by craving and eversion, which translates to EGO.
Naga,
ReplyDeleteYour opinion resonates with me ! In the medical field it’s rare for a practitioner to stay with evolving technology and change in practice.
More often they have overstayed and in the end not respected.
As you have shown it’s important to be diverse in your interests and transition to things you love.
Medical practice as the only love has an expiration date! Thanks !
