It is good to have dreams and wishes.

However the dreams and wishes shouldn't dictate our life journey. 

It should give us an alignment and focus on life journey.

But the roadmap of life journey at times needs to be realigned in life due to a bumpy road ahead, or that route may not be suitable to the destiny.

It may be difficult in the midst of our journey to the destiny to decide if we need to take the diversion to reach the goal.

Then, the intuition, divinity, and consensus decisions to the best diversion to reach the destiny will guide u.

Whatever said or talked about the journey to the destiny.

I am sure you will reach ur dream of neurosurgeon and that to one of the best in the world.

Bcos you have ur zeal to be that well planned, imprinted in your mind and heart.

Now at crossroad at this juncture, taking the appropriate 1st step so that it doesn't create a ripple in the tea cup you sip.

The choice is yours.If you flip the coin if head or tail.

U will win either way.

I want to ask you few questions... 1)  How you stayed back at MOH till retirement without considering private practice? Answer: If u love ur handwork and complete free from work when you are on vacation.At the sametime don't like to move around in the disguise of promotion n also not bothered of promotion. Beside most importantly considering government service as charity to community and training younger doctors to reach their dreams.
