Role Of Grandparents At Current Times

 I understand the general dynamics of grandparents as caregivers written by the writer.

But the author didn't go deep into the reality of grandparentsas caregiver.More the input on the illusive concept of all is well with the arrangement. 

It is a win-win situation with can't rock the boat much - as this requires a status quo reasonings.

I don't agree in certain aspect with the writer.

As the child needs to grow n care giving is necessary 

At the sametime the elderly parents have toiled all their lives, and they need their time which they earned it Beside elderly parents to  need to be cared due to their ageing process.

However, this is overlooked by society and the writer as an expert bcos the socioeconomic condition and emotional bond,  traps the elder to the care of their grandchildren. 

It should be in idealistic situation, where the grandparents can give their genuine love as a what a grandparents should give with no bond attach or restrictions of freedom of their short time in this earth to use as they want.

So the parents should play a reasonable role in caring their children and let the grandparents assist in certain extent.So that they can contribute and spend the good relationship of grandparents n grandchildren rather than full-time care giver.

In most situations that are happening in Asian countries, the grandparents landed in caregiver situations due to love and emotion attachment.

I would like to conclude the parents should have the main responsibilities of taking care of their kids n get help from the grandparents if need arises of caring giving of grandchildrens.

Well, we can talk till cow come back, but there is no proper solution we can get.

As this involves love ,bond n emotion and such the dynamics of the grandparents according to the situation the face within their family.🙇‍♂️

I want to ask you few questions- MOH or Private

I want to ask you few questions... 1)  How you stayed back at MOH till retirement without considering private practice? Answer: If u love ur handwork and complete free from work when you are on vacation.At the sametime don't like to move around in the disguise of promotion n also not bothered of promotion. Beside most importantly considering government service as charity to community and training younger doctors to reach their dreams.
