EBC Trek Training
1.Walk up staircase at least once a weak.
2.Tie a weight to the leg and carry a backpack with 3 to 4 kgs during the hill or staircase hike.
3.Train to sit in the air conditioning room with basic dress to adapt to cold.
4.If rain learns to stand out in rain with raincoats
5.Cook n eat tupa n dallbhat on n off
6.Learn to sleep or stay with a sweat dress after exercise to adapt yourself to be dirty and no bath in the trek.
8.Learn to not bathe one or two days in a month to adapt ur mind
7.Breathing exercise a must - I will send u the app n apparatus to buy.
8.If ur timing of hiking is fast, learn to slow down by putting weight in ur hiking.At certain days, walk as slow u can to train ur mind to slow down.
9.Learn to eat raw garlic one piece a day
10.Learn to brush teeth and wash with ice cold water from the fridge
If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go further, go together
If you want to go furthest, go alone.
