Long due dream!

What I can't do at 26.

Only could do at 62.

Tandem skydiving was my childhood dream as I am always inclined to adrenaline rush activities. 

However I was caught in a rat chase rat world of  achieving a stable living at earlier phase of my life.

As a child, I need to grow ,as a teenager, I need to study ,as a youth, I need to do higher education, as a man, I need to work and support a family,as a middle aged man,I need to better my workskill and support the growing family.

Thus my age in years getting added up rapidly with me full occupied with the worldly responsibilities to accomplish.

My childhood dreams,I need to keep pushing for decades.

Finally, I realised, I am already old with no more youthful body to do the adventure dreams, if I continue with this daily routine life,which will  hold me down at comfort zone and I may miss to explore and experience  the dream of my life.

So I retired from my profession and started making my dream a reality and ventured into the adventure sports before my time is up.T

This tandem Skydive, I rekindle to make it happen few years back; when one of my former trekking friend who is much senior than me did this skydive and told me excitedly of his experience.

From that day ,I  developed the courage to do this adrenaline rush jump of life.

So at 62 birthday, I decided to go for it,for which I arranged my dive at Thai Sky Adventure at Pattaya, Thailand.

I was initially apprehensive about the dive.As such I didn't tell   anyone about it.I contacted my scuba dive master friend of mine to accompany for this trip has a moral support.

I flew in a day before to Bangkok and travelled by road to Pattaya and stayed nearby the Skydive centre.

The next day morning, I went to the Skydive centre to register for my jump,I was amazed there is a such a big crowd waiting to do the dive, of course most of them half my age.

That boost my confidence and reduce my anxiety!.

Thus after the formalities and payment.I need to wait an hour or so for my turn.

I was calm and encouraging the younger divers of safety of this adventure sports.

My turn to do my tandem skydive came ,when the buzzer rang.

The dive instructor put the necessary harness to me and explained the procedure of diving in the waiting room.

Then we got into a small plane with my skydive master, camera man and another two skydivers

The plane took of to the sky around 5000m above.Then over tandem sky jump starts.

I trust in God and my skydive master and leaped the jump of my life.

My dream came a reality and I had a mesmerizing birds eye view of the terrain down below.

As I was thanking the Almighty God for giving the ability to do this adrenaline rush jump ,even at this age with this ageing body of mine.

That made my dream a reality to a cherishable memory now.

Thus what I should have done at 26.

Only could do at 62.

Better late than never!

I want to ask you few questions- MOH or Private

I want to ask you few questions... 1)  How you stayed back at MOH till retirement without considering private practice? Answer: If u love ur handwork and complete free from work when you are on vacation.At the sametime don't like to move around in the disguise of promotion n also not bothered of promotion. Beside most importantly considering government service as charity to community and training younger doctors to reach their dreams.
