​It is good to know the other side also.

​A doctor must adapt to new changes and expectations, be resilient, and at times be thick-skinned to reach the goal of the high demands of being a doctor.

​It is not easy; many along the ladder of success to the goal—which is like a Snakes and Ladders game—will drop off at various stages of the game.

​It is not easy to Care With Kindness with no expectations.

​In Hindu sayings, the Dharma and Sanskara of a doctor is not an easy task for faint-hearted doctors.



* Even I had fallen from ladder in my profession climb

I couldn't become a heart surgeon due to family strain

And 

I Couldn't complete Paeds Sirgery due to work environment. 

Not easy n no regrets

As medical is highly demanding job.
