THE CRUX OF A LEADER

 Dear Mr. Naga,

I am incredibly happy to share some wonderful news with you. I have officially passed my Master’s exam!

Reaching this milestone on my 3rd attempt makes it incredibly meaningful, and as I look back on this journey, I realize it truly began with you. You were the one who pushed me to apply for the Master's programme in the first place, seeing a path for me before I even started it.

What touches me the most is that you had absolutely no obligation to guide me. Without me ever asking, and without expecting anything in return, you stepped up. From personally coaching me to arranging classes with external examiners, your dedication never wavered. Even when things got tough, you never gave up on me.

As a surgeon, you know exactly what it takes to save a career and mold a trainee. Without your selflessness and fierce belief in my potential, I wouldn't be where I am today. This success belongs to you as much as it does to me.

Thank you for being an extraordinary boss and a truly remarkable mentor. I will carry the lessons of your generosity with me throughout my career.

Wishing you nothing but the very best, always.

Thank you Mr Naga🙏🏻

Tqs a lot

I am really very happy for u

I know the toughness of going for an  exam each time; when the family waiting for us to come back with a positive outcome.

It is a painful journey, all is worth it once you achieve the goal.

You put that effort and you are most deserving to be come a surgeon to serve the community and better understand your junior colleagues when they're in difficult time to assist them to reach their goals

The crux of a leader with good mentorship is making their junior colleagues to cross that difficult bridge while assisting them with the burden.
