The Generations Are Identified By The Change Of Song.

 Today I was listening to tamil songs while working out at the gym.I born in the generation of baby boomer more use to songs with lyrics,melody and minimal background music.

As I was shuffling the songs between silent generation to current alpha generation.

I was reflecting on the song preference change from silent generation to current alpha generation.

It actually made me realise each generation as their liking of songs according to their generations.

The silent generation songs are slow more focused on meaning of the lyrics of song with basic music at background.I assume this generation required more motivation to live and survive their daily life.

The next baby boomer generation songs have good lyrics with meaning ,slightly fast mode with shallow background music to give a boast to the song.

The millennial and Z generation as a fast lyrics with little meaning to the song with number of musics accompanies the songs.

However the current alpha generation songs there is no mean in the songs the lyrics goes in one tract and the music superimposed on the song; till the attraction of the song is more due to the music rather than the lyrics.

As such I being from a baby boomer generation and understand the expectations of silent generation.

I reflect back and realise as our standard of living improves from struggling to survive to current comfortable and fast life.

The rhythm of song changes to the beats of generation moods of elation of the comfort of living at current times.

As such any older generations living at current generation time.Appreciate the beauty of the joy of current generation having if possible gyrate with them for the opportunity we got to experience various generations in our lifetime rather than grousing over the younger generation.

We can be part of what they are experiencing currently.But they can't imagine what our experience were.As our journey was rough,tough and survival mode.🙇🏽‍♂️

Life Lesson From Scuba Diving

As I was diving this time around at Surin islands at Thailand.I  realised diving teaches us to lead our life journey. At the beginning of diving,we need to jump into the ocean,as in human life ,we come out of the womb. Then we submerge to the depth of ocean with excitation and full of energy to see the flora  and fauna of sea,the wonderful terrain of underwater and the push and pull of the current of ocean. As in life a child growing into adulthood. There is lot to see and experience and have fun. Then time,energy and air saps out from the diver and the diver need to ascend to lower depth towards the surface of sea.As human life we cross manhood to elderly. Flag Raising Fiasco

Today, as I took my car out to get lunch, I was overcomed by a sad feeling in regards to this years merdeka in our beloved country. For past years of my life, I have watched with excitement of my neighbours hanging our Malaysian flag with pride and joy celebrating the national day in unison. In the past, when I drove on the road,I used to notice many cars with flags of various sizes with no fear of enforcement or if others would find fault in them for hanging the flags. However, with independence day around the corner, I can't see any flags flying in my neighbourhood or on the road as it used to be. It was more devastating to notice my neighbour who used to hang the flag a month ahead with full pride, respect, and veneration from the time I've known him hasn't done it till now.
