Smartphone And Youngsters At Current Times

 MY OBSERVATIONS

I want to share my few experiences in the gym today. It is though funny to me but a good point to ponder of current world.

As it looks like I am or we are in a new world.

First I saw one young guy spending nearly 3 hrs in gym or more in fact. However almost 2 n half hrs or more on the smartphone rather than exercising.

The reason I said that bcos  in a set of anabolic muscle exercise,we do three raps for each set of exercise or maximum can go upto five raps. Before each raps, he is on the phone for almost 15 to 20 minutes.

I am sure he is going to tell his friends and family he was 4hrs in gym but hardly doing any proper exercise even for  1/2 hr for the duration of time he spent in gym.

The second observation was I  saw most of the youngsters at the gym are with their mobiles while exercising.

At every five or ten minutes of their exercise they revert to the mobile. It looks like a trend of current generation, smartphone becomes their almost important priorities in their daily life.

I assume their using more vision and mind activities to stimulat their required endorphins rather than  from the physical exercise to induce the endorphins which is feel good hormones.

The reality is slowly sinking in, that a conversation, reading a book, exercising, learning a skill, or spending time with family is secondary to current generation.

Smartphones are many things at onceat current times. They are a camera, television, music player, game console, map, classroom, newspaper, shopping centre and communication device. That makes them difficult to put down.

Gym Exercise Info :-

How long do I rest in between exercises ?

For weight training, rest the same muscle group for 48 to 72 hours before working it again.

Between individual sets inside a workout, rest 60 to 90 seconds for small isolation moves and 2 to 3 minutes for heavy lifts.

Rest Between Workout Days

Strength or Muscle Building:

Wait 48 hours before training the same muscles again. Use a split routine (like upper body one day, lower body the next) to keep moving.

High-Intensity Cardio or HIIT:

Take 24 to 48 hours off between hard running or fast interval sessions.

Light Cardio or Walking:

You can do these light activities every day without full rest

Rest Between Sets

Heavy Compound Lifts (Squats, Deadlifts): Rest 2 to 5 minutes to let your strength and breathing return to normal.

Isolation Lifts (Bicep curls, Calf raises):

Rest 60 to 90 seconds.

Endurance Training:

Rest 30 to 60 seconds to keep your heart rate high

Bad n Good Of Technology

1.The smartphone has become a world wide distraction and a destruction to our youth and children. It’s literally like having 24 hours TV and cinema in your palm.

We are going to see the deleterious consequences in our population soon !

2.The current and future world are technology based for living and survival. As such they need to improve the skill for their future living.

Though the babyboomer generation were  lucky to experience both old and new world of living. This generation can't do much  to change the current and future generations way of living because the younger generations require this advancement in technology for their survival in their timeline of living.

Beside that the older generations many of survival skill and technology will be obsolete at at current n more at coming years.

There will come a time in future our grandchildren may travel in flying car.

Isn't then the current grounded car will come obsolete?

The Universe revealing the knowledge and advancement according to the future generations intelligence to grasp and understand abstract reality which older generations unable to achieve.
