 Malar,it was a memorable and wonderful time with u n family. I really appreciate and thank Almighty God for giving me a lot of time with u at Cruise n Singapore. It made me mesmerised by ur positiveness n vibrant energy. Most importantly, admire ur rapid achievement of wisdom/ maturity by ur earlier life joirney. I was flabbergasted by Kumar enthusiasm to express his love from his bottom of the heart, though he forgot the beer. Most importantly, I admire his deep love for U. U have a wonderful daughter, Kirtika, who is a replica of u, and let me appreciate a granddaughter relationship. Most importantly, I got a chance to talk n interact with her.As I always see her hiding behind u when she was a kid. But now she outsmart u,I opine that is bcos she is Singaporean.😅 Finally, Jevan gem of a boy with brilliance, covered by his masterful acting. Remember as a surgeon - we need to explore new techniques which is doable on feasible patients.  If not as a surgeon, we may lack behind with no fire to keep our zeal going . WE LIKE TO EXPLORE NEW SKILL AS SURGEON THAT IS OUR INBORN NATURE 🙏🏾 A LEADER MUST LEAD BY EXAMPLE, BEING A SURGEON MEANS U ACCEPTED TO BE A LEADER 🌹

 Mr Naga… i want to apologise for not looking at things from your perspective… i guess you must be having a lot of thoughts in your mind at this stage of your career and life. You are preparing to step into the shadow and out of the system. And at the same tile you want to maintain things in order as much as you can, in a way you think is best. Its definitely not an easy task.  You have spend your whole life trying to push the limits within your limits… something i must learn, where are my boundaries, and how much i can push within it; and where are the boundaries that i may venture out into. I guess i have been focussing on expanding boundaries but forgot to guard my area. I think i said too much today, please forgive me if i hurt your feelings in any way today.  Thank you for still keeping me close to you all these years, nurturing me till today, and hand over so many part of you to me.  Politics is not a job with principle though we expect it to be. It is like playing a chess game. It depends who the players are? A selfish player will make the moves to benefit oneself with no consideration to the game.   A mischievous player will make the moves to destroy the opponent and the game. A good player will make a move to checkmate the opponent and do some justice to the game of chess . As such the political game ,can't be played the same way as civilians think.  After the game, the king and the pawn go into the same box. In life, when we are done with the ‘game,’ we all go into the "same box" .

The surgeon who inspired and trained many surgeons for more than 5 decades. His dedication and hardwork to the field of surgery is boundless. I still remember the sound of his shoes, walking into the surgical ward at Kota Bharu Hospital at 7am and 8pm almost everyday which brings the best care to the patients and also shivers to the junior doctors to be up to the mark with their presentations. He was one surgeon who knows all the patients at his finger tips.It was a wonder to us as junior doctors, how he could and we couldn't. He may be firm and shrewd with his comments that one should have a good grasp of the lingo. We may not know he is poking or praising because he neither smiles nor raises his voice. Though it was 30 over years back during my housemanship, I still remember his teaching and the way he carries himself as a surgeon with his tip top dressing. The dedication and discipline of him as a surgeon inspired me and many others to take up surgery. I hoped and dreamed that ...
