1.Walk up staircase at least once a weak. 2.Tie a weight to the leg and carry a backpack with 3 to 4 kgs during the hill or staircase hike. 3.Train to sit in the air conditioning room with basic dress to adapt to cold. 4.If rain learns to stand out in rain with raincoats  5.Cook n eat tupa n dallbhat on n off 6.Learn to sleep or stay with a sweat dress after exercise to adapt yourself to be dirty and no bath in the trek. 8.Learn to not bathe one or two days in a month to adapt ur mind 7.Breathing exercise a must - I will send u the app n apparatus to buy. 8.If ur timing of hiking is fast, learn to slow down by putting weight in ur hiking.At certain days, walk as slow u can to train ur mind to slow down.   9.Learn to eat raw garlic one piece a day 10.Learn to brush teeth and wash with ice cold water from the fridge If you want to go fast, go alone.  If you want to go further, go together If you want to go furthest, go alone.

In extreme or adventure sports  One needs strength and endurance. The young may be fit and strength which take to the destiny they want to go. The older individuals who are fit may not have the strength, but the endurance and strong mindset will take them to the destiny.  In competitive sports, the competitor with the strongest endurance and mindset wins,as all competitors have equal strength. In life career, the intelligent individual may achieve faster, but the hardworking and persistence will also in matter of time.

Who Am I I am a divine soul who is occupying this body which is given a name ,religion, status and attachment. Why Am I  I am given a task in the ministry of healing in this existence. Then, to be a traveller and adventurer in seeking the ONE who task the I in this existence. I have self realised the temporary occupancy of the body and the Truth in everyone,everything and everywhere. Today, as I took my car out to get lunch, I was overcomed by a sad feeling in regards to this years merdeka in our beloved country. For past years of my life, I have watched with excitement of my neighbours hanging our Malaysian flag with pride and joy celebrating the national day in unison. In the past, when I drove on the road,I used to notice many cars with flags of various sizes with no fear of enforcement or if others would find fault in them for hanging the flags. However, with independence day around the corner, I can't see any flags flying in my neighbourhood or on the road as it used to be. It was more devastating to notice my neighbour who used to hang the flag a month ahead with full pride, respect, and veneration from the time I've known him hasn't done it till now.
