 It boils down to honesty and integrity. You don't see that much now in our people unlike those era. As Director of hospitals, Deputy Director Of State or that matter Director Of State. People dealing with assets will be tempted to deranged a minute degree off tangent of the straight path, to become untrustworthy and then getting deeply involved in those corruption and dishonesty that we see happening on frequent basis.  The rotation basis is one of the way to break the phenomenon of such activities becoming rampant.  I used to think this thing does not happens in the health industry. How I was proven wrong. It happens in all units and departments if we're not careful. It is individual characteristics that determined how a team will achieve its goal and at the same time reduce if not eliminate the corruption occurring in our establishment  As to retain doctors itself is tough, if they being put on frequent transfer system in medical practice.It is  not good sinc...

 I agree 💯 with ur reasoning 1.There are to many passing out 2.They are not striving, as they expected 3.Many appear not interested  4.Ranking n grading maybe biased  My points are:- 1. There are number of good ones which show lots of effort, got the required papers like external exams and willing to go beyond it. But this group of doctors are not recognised or confirmed.  They are currently MOs who are actually illegible to apply for PG program. As such this group of drs if not confirmed they can’t apply for masters (according to masters requirement). Nothing done about this junior drs n they don’t have way out to complete the external PG exams too. This group of MOs already have good ranking at hospital n  department level. Also got the required passed external  exams n academic paper presentation. Being a full-bred General Surgeon from the day I passed out as a Surgeon around 30 years back. I had learned most of my surgeries from the General Surgeons, who could operate head to toe because there was no availability of subspecialties field at that time in most parts of Malaysia. Thus our seniors and I can be considered as trial and error surgeons because once we are posted to any hospitals at that time. We had to do all types of surgeries even obstetrics/gynecological and orthopedic in certain hospitals. The hospital which I started my journey as a junior doctor was Kota Bharu Hospital in Kelantan. At that time the General Surgeons had to do orthopedic surgery too, this was in 1990. As such major and district hospitals that offering surgical services were run by General Surgeons who were well rounded to give the broader required surgical services with their experience.  Hugging pet animals  or plants with love and affection. It will increase the endorphins, dopamine, oxytocin  n serotonin which is a blissful hormones in our body many folds . This will express fountains of joy and peace within us, which we can share with others as positive vibes who we cross path .🌹

 The Covid Pandemic currently creating havoc to health and economic sectors. As the saying health is wealth. When health is affected by this pandemic, the wealth will deplete along with it. The health sector worldwide focusing on fighting and containing the spread of this highly contagious infection. True enough millions are infected by this virus with mild to severe infection and thousands are succumbing to this contagious disease. Though most of them dying from this infection are elderly or have associated chronic metabolic, cardiac, renal, or other comorbidities despite worldwide exhaustive care and vaccination against this virus. However, the most saddening part is many more patients are dying due to chronic diseases, old age, and malignant diseases during this period with no viral infection. These patients are unable to get regular follow-up at the clinics, further investigations, medication adjustment, and ward admission to optimize their conditions as before the Covid Pandem...

 It is important to have good preoperative selection , assessment n preparation. In order to get a good intraoperative and postoperative outcome.

 Humans are give two lenses  to see the world. One lens see the good in others. Another lens see the bad in others. Humans who are selfish , self centred will  see with the other. Rest sees with the good lens .🙇🏽

We has a couple have our own sporting activities.My wife like shopping activities and I like trekking and diving. Though we train together for hours in a week at gym, recreation club and our residence field. However when coming to do the adventure sports.We do it separately, as we believe each has to pursue their own dreams by themselves with no interruptions by the other. As such my wife will go on shopping spree on designated day by going up many malls up and down without missing any shops the whole day. Myself will go for high altitude mountain trekking at Nepal or diving at East Coast of Malaysia or around South East countries. We both come back tired after our sporting pursue.She comes home after spending few ringgits though visited many malls and shops. Me come home tired and satisfied that reached the peak of mountain and spend few minutes at the peak.Beside able to dive for few minutes to watch the beauty below the sea.  He got general atherosclerotic heart n vessels disease which progressively worsen past few years.  Recently got worst. As such he died of heart attack in failing heart. Though he recovered completely from a Covid infection few months back. He was able to go home spend quality time with the family. After few months of his successful recovery from Covid.But now succumbed to heart condition which was troubling him for past few years. To me it is disheartening time and experience as a doctor. At the beginning of my career as a doctor 32 years back, I had to handle and come to terms of my eldest sister who was going to die of septicaemia arising from long standing elephantiasis of her leg. The medical team at the time ask me to get a peripheral line and convince her to go for amputation of her leg since they were not able to convince her.   Thanks a lot for ur immediate attendance of my brother on Tuesday night.  It gave him a chance of short living by ur pushing for resuscitation and ICU care.  It  gave him another few days of physical presence in this earth and to do the catchup by the family members. GBU🙏🏼

  Doctors can alleviate suffering of an individual. But can’t make a difference in life and death of an individual.

  We humans  thought , we are great. But a minute organism created,  so much an havoc and fear of life in the mighty humans.

 We Malaysians are caudal or cranial population  to let the current government n politicians to govern the country. As we can’t use *I* when come to a country.It is *WE* who decide as entity. As a sailors of ship , we sail together or sink together. So *I* doesn’t help to solve a problem; only *WE* can solve . As Humans we  are given free will to think and decide.As such no one person will think or act alike. IF ALL ARE SO SELF DISCIPLINE. Then we  don’t need politicians, government n religions to rule  and guide us. We must see ourselves in the mirror before we comment on others. As it is easy to see speckles in others and miss a log at our back .
